Direct search (headhunting)
The major difference between labour exchange and headhunting is that headhunting aims at identifying so-called passive job applicants, i.e. also such candidates could be reached for our Partner, who, at the time of the job search, do not think about changing their employment. This is a premium service category, requested by our Partners first of all when recruiting for top managerial posts, or for posts that require special professional knowledge (e.g. IT programmers). Naturally here too, we offer a warranty for a period from 6 to 12 months.
